Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of BelongLog. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your inventory content
You retain ownership of the item details, notes, photos, and other content you submit. You grant BelongLog the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and to produce exports or share links you request.
You must have the right to upload the content and must not use the service to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Not insurance, legal, or appraisal advice
BelongLog is a recordkeeping tool. It is not an insurer, adjuster, attorney, tax advisor, or professional appraiser. Values, readiness indicators, coverage comparisons, and exports are based on information supplied by the user and are not independently verified.
Your policy, carrier requirements, applicable law, and instructions from qualified professionals control any claim, coverage, estate, tax, or legal decision.
Plans and payments
The Free plan includes the limits shown in the service. BelongLog Pro is currently offered as a recurring $19.90 monthly subscription. Creem processes checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription management, and payment details. The checkout page presents the final amount before you authorize payment.
Pro renews monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal in Settings. Canceling stops future renewals and Pro access ends when Creem reports the subscription as canceled or expired. Deleting a subscribed account also attempts to cancel the subscription before account data is removed. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, upload malicious content, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use share links to expose information without authorization.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep BelongLog available and secure, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Maintain independent copies of important records. Features that depend on outside providers may also be affected by those providers.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using BelongLog or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, abuse, or threat to the service or other users.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular claim or legal purpose. BelongLog is not responsible for decisions made from user-supplied records or for losses that an independent export could reasonably have prevented.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
